What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: your name, company, phone, email, the load details and your message.
• What you send us yourself by phone, text or email.

That's all. This site runs no analytics, no ads and no tracking cookies. Its fonts are hosted here, not loaded from Google.

What it's used for

To answer you, quote your load, and run the load if you book it. Nothing else. We don't sell your information, rent it or share it for marketing.

Text messages

If you tick “OK to text me about this request” on the form, we may text you about that request only: the quote, the pickup and the delivery. No marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. You don't have to agree to texts to get a quote.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this site. It sees each visitor's IP address to keep the site running and block attacks.
• Google: form messages and emails arrive in our Gmail inbox.
• If you book a load, your name, the addresses and the freight details go on the bill of lading, which every shipment needs.
• We share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our inbox as business records. Load paperwork is kept as long as tax and transport rules require.

Having it deleted

Email info@markovfreight.com or call (808) 339-6956 and ask. We delete what we have unless a load record or the law needs us to keep it.

Children

This site is for businesses shipping freight. It isn't meant for children under 13.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Markov Freight is a trade name of Alexander Markov, Highlands Ranch, Colorado. See also the terms.
